Smart Student Accommodation is a ladies only student accommodation for now.
Smart Student Accommodation allocates a certain portion of your rental towards utilities like water and electricity if your unit goes over and above this limit, the tenants will need to purchase additional units.
We do not offer transportation services but we are situated 150m from the taxi route and 800m from the Reya Vaya bus route.
Smart student Accommodation is currently not NFSAS accredited, we deal directly with the students and/ or their parents. We do accept students with bursary students as well.
Yes, we offer unlimited WIFI as part of your stay with us as we believe it is essential for students to complete their assignments and for research purposes.
Smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited, we are providing accommodation in order to facilitate successful learning and in order to give our students the best chance of success in their academic life.
Strictly no pets are allowed.
Our lease agreements are for 12 month periods with reduced rates over the December period.
